HI guys, need some suggestions

Heres my current system:
-Intel P4 2.4Ghz [No HT]
-512MB PC2100 DDR2 Ram
-64MB DDR GeForce4 MX440
-40GB UDMA133 Maxtor HD

Im thinking of upgrading to this:
- Intel E2140 + ECS P4M900T-M [$70]
- 1GB DDR2 RAM

I mainly want to do some video encoding and light gaming. I'll pick up a video card once i get the money. Onboard will do for now.

Here are my questions:
- Can i just replace the mobo/cpu/ram?
- Can i overclock? if so, how much can i overclock this cpu?
- What speed of ram should i get? if i don't get to overclock the cpu

Intel E2140 + ECS P4M900T-M @ $70. Thats a very good price just for the CPU alone.
It looks like the motherboard gets thrown in for free.
The E2140 is an excellent overclocking CPU XbitLabs review of E2160 & E2140.
I couldnt find any references for ECS's P4M900T-M overclocking ability.

It almost looks like the E2140 is going for a good price and motherbord is being given away free in that combo.
Any 667-PC2 5400 or 800-PC2 6400 RAM in the $40-45 range for 2x512MB sticks. A-Data, Cosair, G.Skill & Pqi all have RAM in that range.

The power supply might be a limiting factor. Carefully check the power connector on the PSU with the ECS P4M900T-M motherboard power connector.
