Dell 8100 USB 1.0 to 2.0

Hello,
Don't know if your address is good, but saw a post about the Dell =
Dimension 8100 87K7901 service tag,,, I upgrade from ME to XP only =
problem I have is EHCI Host Controler (2442) & (2444) I keep getting =
message when using USB says can preform faster,,, I can not get this to =
upgrade to 2.0

It'll enable USB 2.0 Automatically
