What is XP stop: 0x50 rt2870 sys

upon booting I got bluescreen error PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGE AREA and the STOP message 0x00000050 (0xFA0823F0).
File rt2870.sys.

I am running XP SP2

Can the cause be a corrupted page file? If so how to repair it?

I hope that somebody out there can help me out.

Try uninstalling and re-installing your Wireless network driver (might have to do it in safe mode), if that doesn't fix it try running a RAM test (memtest 86 or similar)
