I Can't get my WIndows XP Custom PC to detect my second drive

Hello,

I have built a PC but I can't get it to detect my second drive. I have tried unplugging it plugging back in to see if it detects it but it doesn't. I have checked the cable and it is good.

What can I do?

Is the drive ATA or SATA? If ATA, check the jumper settings. Also check the BIOS to see if it's recognized
