  1. Here's a wrench tossed in with it all. Since being a "cloud" and all means you have no idea where your data is physically residing. What if the data center housing the HDD's that hold your data are in another country, like say ... China? What legal protection or recourse would anyone possible have to keep their data safe or private?

    After all, IBM isn't the only one building a "cloud center" in China.
  2. Good point! You have virtual boundaries mixing with governmental ones.

    Once its in the cloud, you never really know.
