4800 overclock??

overclocked my 4800 to 3ghz without increasing the voltage system stable as a stable thing will plan to get aftermarket cooler what should i get and have i done well with my overclock?

I had the 65 nm 4800, yes it is a great processor, uses less electricity than the 90 nm.
