5.1 sound from Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe

Hello!

I have tried to get out 5.1 sound from my computer but haven't been able to do so because I have connected the front port for audio (Sonata Piano II) where I plug my headphones.

However, when I remove the headphones all the other ports become active at the back of the chassis except for the front right speaker.

Is there some way of activating the original port on the motherboard when I unplug my headphones?

Check the front panel connections on the motherboard - if one of the pins isn't fully covering the Front Panel connections or it isn't covered with a jumper that could be the reason for dodgy sound.

Otherwise just update your nForce Audio drivers to the latest version from the Asus website.
