Hello,

Although 20,000 sq feet isnt a large area. You need to seriously consider a number of items before just hanging APs. I only mention this because any downtime due to interference, application drops, misconfiguration will have an effect on productivity and we all know lack of productivity = $$$. Especially if orders or location counts are being delivered over wireless your employees will grow frustrated in lose faith in any system that is flawed from the start.

A number of things you should consider before a wireless deployment:
1) What handhelds are you going to deploy
2) What frequency do you plan to deploy
3) What applications are you planing to use
3) Have you conducted a site assessment. Although 20K sq feet may only require 3 - 5 APs. This is an assumption that you are warehousing normal cardboard box items with some racking. If you are warehousing metal, cheese, or other unfriendly wireless items other considerations should be considered.
4) Seeing this is a business I would strongly suggest enterprise grade APs. If cost for new equipment is an issue, EBAY is a great place to look for second hand gear.
