Abit IP35Pro or GA-P35-DS4

So i just RMA'd my Asus P5B Deluxe and have been offered a replacement MB in the $180 price range. The 2 that I am looking at are the Abit IP35Pro and the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS4. I will be pairing this with an E6750 and 2x1GB of Ballistix Tracer PC-6400 RAM. My goal is to hit 3.8GHz with air cooling. Which board would you choose and why?

I would go with the abit (actually I did) but that's because they are my favoured mobo mfr with Gigabyte no.2 & I would miss uGuru if I didn't ...
Ballistix runs very well in it.
