I just overclocked my e6750 to 3.5ghz w/ its stocked heatsink and fan. However the CPU heatsink is not heating up but the north and south bridges are heating up a lot but not sure if it is TOO hot. Can anyone give me some tips on what I should do or am I safe?

Also my voltages are running at about 1.42 at 438mhz 8x

Also I am running the CPU-Z program, most of the time my CPU multiplier is usually only at 6 and sometimes jumps to 8. And another problem is at the memory tab my timings are 5-6-6-17, when my memory is suppose to be 5-5-5-15. on the SPD tab it shows 5-5-5-15 on the 2nd row. Can someone explain this to me? Thank you very much!

You need to check that the temps dont hit above about 70 degrees under load, 60 if possible. The ram might not be being supplied enough voltage to run those timings.
