HELLO!! :hello:

I'm not sure whether or not I am in the right thread... I couldn't find one for printers!! :) Sorry if I am in the wrong place... :ange:

I have a Lexmark Pro900 series printer. When I print color, there are "greenish-bluish-greyish" lines through it... they are evenly set apart across the whole "colored" area. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I use the printer pretty much every day, so they shouldn't be dryed up yet. :??: I need to know ASAP please!! :D

Thanks SO much!

Hi,

Sounds like the cartridges are out of alignment.
Try the following.

1 Load plain paper.
2 Click or Start.
3 Click All Programs or Programs, and then select the printer program folder from the list.
4 Select Printer Home.
5 Choose your printer from the printer drop-down list.
6 From the Maintenance tab, click Align cartridges.
7 Follow the instructions on the computer screen

Hope this helps,
PD
