Powersupply up for my system?

Below are my system specs, along with direct links. I bought a week and a half ago, was unable to get the parts till a few days ago, and finally put the system togeather. I had some problems with it, and now i realize its the powersupply. I am not sure if its DOA or if it just doesnt have the juice for my system. I tried looking at information to figure out, but i am in the prossess of a move and i dont have time to learn all there is to know about PSU's. But i dont want to have the 14 days or w/e run out before i have a chance to send it in for RMA either. Should it be able to power my system or not? Right now i have it running on an 2y/o PSU, so i am guessing that this PSU should be able to do the job and maybe its just DOA and other would serve me well, but if i need a different powersupply i would want to send it in RMA and pay the 15% restocking fee or w/e and just get a new one now.

Any help is much appriciated.

I had problems setting up a 570 chip with OCZ Gold RAM. Try using one DIMM and set the memory voltage in BIOS to 2.1v

wow, i am sorry, i realized that i worded that wrong. No i have that SYSTEM running on a 2y/o PSU. I had gotten the system to run with the Antec 550, but only once or twice, and then it would only turn on for 3-4 secconds and just shut off.

Only use one? just to set it or... Just clarifying

If the system is running, but crashing set the memory voltage to mfg. specs, 2.1v.
