max vcore for core2duo

hi i will build a few pc's soon and i mean to oc them.... what is the max vcore i can give proc without a serius chance of damaging it
the proc's i'll be using are e4500 e6600 and eq6600

any help will be appriciated

I would say for extreme hardcore 1.6V I have had it up there but not for to long, just testing. I dont know the long term effects of using 1.6V. But a safer high-end voltage would be 1.55ish.

thanks that is way more than i thought (didnt want to go over 1.37) so i'm good think i'll take it a little higher and how much gain in prefromence i will get
