Microsoft Office 2010 error 1920

Hello,

Windows 7 64 bit home i keep getting this message ive tried everything ive seen online. I just dont get whats wrong.

Error 1920. Service 'office software protection platform' (osppsvc) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services...

im so tired of seeing this message please assist.
Ive tried everything that i know of ..any help would be greatly appreciated.
