Is this bad?

Hello,
I had ALOT and uninstalled the toolbar, but it is still everywhere. I have two different occasions where ALOT was on it's sites and I was not controlling this in my Firefox history. I also have this entry, which scares me when it says "ServiceMain: _beginthread succeeded for monitor thread." I can't help but think this is bad. Is it malware? I have the free AVG protection, but it finds nothing which leads me to believe it is either spam or really bad. Any idea what this nuisance is?

I would backup and reinstall windows.

You must have installed it accidently along with the program you were actually trying to install. I hate that. Anyhow, here is the remover.
