Vid card problem?

Anyone ever seen anything like this? It happens when I get in a game of any sort. I never see this on my desktop.

Also, I'll point out that during the aquamark test, "inside" while it was testing, this effect never happened. Only when aquamark was on the startup screen or results or things like that.

I can't figure this out. I have a 6600GT and have went to the site and redownload my drivers in hopes that it would fix it, but this doesn't work apparently.

how can i get the previous driver? it was working fine when i had it.

also, is there somewhere to download the other stuff on the original cd? like nvidia dvd and stuff? all i have is ethernet, audio, and video. pretty sure i'm missing something.
