Any suggestions on a MoBo for a Q6600 (some OC 2.8-3.0) and 4Gig DDR2 with Vista x64.

My GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3P onboard NIC kept cutting out druing file transfers and streaming so i am getting a new board. Should i go with the same board or can somone reccomend a better one for $150 or less?
