How to stop debug messege box?

i have a problem with my internet explore , when i try to open my explore it open a small box says debug or cancel when i click that debug the internet explore close ..then i try to open again the box showing again 3 times then after that internet explore open ..how can i fix that??????thank you guys ..it bugging me
