Need suggestion on how to oc my rig

My system specs:Antec 900 case,Antec True Power Trio 650 ps,C2D6600,Asus P5NE-SLI MB,2 Gigs OCZ Reaper 800 DDR2,X-Fi Platinum sound card,and a EVGA 8800GTX video card.My motherboard has the 650i chipset.Ive been told it is not good for overclocking?Any help from anyone would be appreciated.Ive been a long time reader here,but this is my first post.

Yes,thanks for pointing the guide out to me,it gives me the basic ground work on how to and what to do.

Np, my suggestion would be to poke around in the BIOS, try a few things..

See what happens.

If you have more specific questions I know I'd be glad to help if I know the answer. I think the 650i will be fine to OC the 6600 some.
