Will this graphic card work in my computer

Hello, was wondering if the EVGA 01G-P3-N959TR GeForce 9500 GT 1GB DDR2 PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card will work on my old Gateway GM5626 which has upgraded 4GB ram and PCI 300 watt power source for video, I use to have a NIVIDIA 8500 and it burned out, I need the best card for cheap to play star craft, any suggestions??

The motherboard will work with a 9500 GT, but it's not a good gaming card, unless you can buy it for like $20, not worth it at all. Get a Radeon 4650, much faster, and the same price online. 4650 will work with even a cheap 300 watt PSU.
