Looking at other posts that are peripheral to my concerns, I think it will work, but I'm being a little anxious at the moment so I'm raising the question right now.

I know it will fit in my case, so that does not matter. But will the Zalman CNPS9500 fit on the XFX 680i LT SLI motherboard? It wasn't my first choice, but someone got it the mobo for me as a present and I won't have it for a while and I need to know if I need to buy a new cooler.
