Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

I've known RAM to fail without a beep warning so if your 2Gb is made up of two sticks, try removing one to see if that makes a difference. If it doesn't put it back and remove the other. Have you tried booting from your Windows 7 DVD?

If the integrated graphics adapter has fallen over, a separate card could fix the problem but it's an expensive experiment if it fails.
