I think you need a little more ram and a little better graphics card to make that computer useful. I know WOW isn't THAT graphic intensive, but those cards aren't really for gaming, I think they will give you lower Frame rates.

My advice? DO NOT TOUCH BUDGET DIRECTX10 CARDS!!! try to stretch to an x1950 pro cos it has good price/performance and not too expensive (google it for exact prices) And i would recommend you buy a better power supply than the one that comes with your case (you only need to spend about £20/$40 to get a good enough one)
