Im planning on getting a P35 mobo to go with my Pentium DC E2160 1.6GHz
and I plan to over clock a lot...(to 3.2 GHz)

Mainly the boards I've been looking at are the Asus P35-E, Giga. GA-P35-DS3L/R/P, DS4 (whats with the different revisions?) and the Abit IP35, -E, and Pro

which is best for the money?

I don't plan on 2 graphics cards or RAID0 (budget PC)

I just want a good, stable, overclockable mobo....

if you don't need RAID & firewire IP35-E.
P35-DS3P probably has most of the features that one would want (firewire, RAID, 2nd physical x16 slot) for least money
