Checkout FreeCycle and the Free Section of CraigsList.

Lots of people probably giving aways systems with that stuff in them.
Not a knock, but if persistant, you can find people just disposing of those older systems.

I got an ATI Radeon 7500 that's just collecting dust. I would be willing to sell it for the cost of shipping and the packaging.

Shipping via 2 day USPS Priority Mail should not be more than $11 (from NY to CA) and an outer container box is another $4(??). Therefore it shouldn't cost you more than $15 assuming you live in California. That's assuming the total package does not weigh more than 3lbs, which it shouldn't.

I might have some old RAM, but I'll have to check.

$11 for 2 day USPS Priority Mail. Probably a little less. I can't imagine the total package will be 3lbs.

$4 for the packaging material (probably less, but I'll have to check first.)

If I find PC2700 RAM, then I'll toss that in as well since it will not add much to the weight.

To verify the possible shipping cost, what is your zip code?

If you are really interested, then I will test out the card over the weekend to make sure it is in working condition.

That's a tad bit expensive eh, wbirkin? You can get a brand new x1950pro for 120USD and ram for like 40USD. That's 160USD brand new...besides he needs AGP not pci express. I hold respect for jaguarskx doing such a noble thing :) I 'd give away my 6800AGP if I hadn't already given it to my friend.

I would consider taking one of those one gig strips of RAM for $10.

Yep. I am only charging you the cost of shipping and the packaging, which shouldn't be more than $15 from NY to CA.

Two things you need to consider though:

1. The Radeon 7500 is not a gaming card, at least not anymore. This card came out back in 2001.
2. This is a DirectX 7 card. That means if you are going to install Windows Vista, then this card will not be compatible. If you are just using Windows XP (or earlier), then you will be fine.

P.S.: I only found some PC2100 RAM.

2 sticks of Crucial 256MB PC2100 RAM.

Just be aware when mixing RAM, all RAM will run at PC2100 speed. Maybe a little higher with some overclocking.
