Hi all!
Here is the system ill possibly get:

M/b : asus a8n sli premium

Cpu : athlon 3800+ x2 socket 939

Ram : 2 x 1gb kit corsair xms

Vga: EVGA 8800 GTS 320MB

1) Will cpu bottleneck the vga?
2) Im interested in gaming (1280X1024 max resolution). Will Crysis(and other upcoming games) run smoothly?

Thank you! :)

No no no, the GTS will not be bottlenecked by any dual core processor. Not in the slightest. That 3800+ is absolutely fine.

I run a GTS-640 with a SINGLE CORE 4000+ and I get a constant 60-80FPS in games like GRAW2 and BF2142

Crysis is a complete unknown until it's released.

Depending on what games you want to play, be aware that some games (e.g. GRAW2) require 512mb or greater VRAM to play with the highest texture setting.

Well i want to play fps and racing games - sega revo is amazing!! :)
Ive read that 320mb are enough for low resolutions (like what ill use)
Is that true?

I have almost that exact same system, but my 3800+ x2 is overclocked to 2.5GHz. I went from a 7600gt an eVGA 8800gts 320MB and it's night and day. Even if it wasn't overclocked I think it would be fine. I don't play too many CPU intensive games such as Supreme commander, but I have tried the World in Conflict demo and it ran fine after the release of the latest Nvidia drivers (163.67 I believe). In answer to your questions:
1) No, not noticably
2) I do not know, nor do I know of anyone who would know, aside from Ms. Cleo
