Is there another way to install drivers without a floppy drive? For example, a 2nd DVD-ROM with the Intel Matrix drivers already extracted and written to a CD-R? Perhaps a flash drive via USB ports? Or even a networked drive (that would be best)

I'm assuming you are using WinXP. Google "slipstream drivers" and burn yourself a new install disc with the AHCI/RAID drivers included.

I highly recommend nLite for this.
