The PlexEraser PX-OE100E "obliterates" the data layer on almost every format of recordable CD and DVD and can even handle dual-layer discs. Kingston DDR2 1 Gb 800MHz ,Palit Radeon HD 2600XT Super, 1394, HDD IDE: WDC WD80 0JB-00 (80GB) and ST316081 2A (Seagate 160Gb), Optiarc DVD RW SATA.

I highly doubt it. If i'm reading those specs correctly, that PSU has only one 12V rail and only 12 Amps on that rail. Unless your system is 5V heavy (which not very many systems are these days) I have a feeling you might be seeing some sparks, a little bit of smoke and maybe a burn mark on the wall in behind your PC.
