Yes it is. I just want to make sure it's ok before I overclock it and nothing looks abnormal or too high.

Those are pretty normal for Tuniq. Not the best for a quad.

Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme with a Scythe Kama fan. Or if noise isn't a HUGE issue (it's not like Tornado loud...) a Cooljag Everflow 110 CFM or Scythe Ultra Kaze.

Cool.

Do you think it'll be safe to overclock to 3.2 or even 3.4.

3.2 was my goal originally. Considering the current results. BTW what temps out of those do most go off of?

CPU or Cores?

Both.. cores are general 10 +/- 2 above the CPU temp. CPU max is 72 C as specificed by intel. (I'm assuming you have a G0 stepping).

I think you will be getting close to the limit at 3.2 GHz. Good luck with it!

As an aside, read Computronix's guide at the top of the forum about temps. He put a ton of work into it and tested multiple systems to ensure it's accuracy.

Good luck!
