Looking at a few coolers

Hey guys-I'm looking at a few coolers-could you please give me your suggestions?

I'm looking at the fanned ZEROtherm cooler.

the fanless ZEROtherm cooler.

And the this Arctic Cooling fan.

I don't care about noise (within reason), so I would much prefer performance.

I'm also open to any suggestions-thanks for your help.

I would not suggest a fanless CPU cooler to anyone. Definitely go with the Arctic Cooling solution.
