Can you tell us the rest of your system?
8500GT is a DX10 card but bad for gaming.
1650 pro is better for games but is DX9,also you wont need 512 mb 256mb is enough and cheaper.and a Gddr3 card would be better if you can find one.
You must have Vista not XP to use DX10.

My own opinion is
ATI X1650XT or Nvidea 7600GT minimum must be GDDR3 for DX9 gaming
Nvidea 8600GTS or ATI 2600XT GDDR3/GDDR4 800Mhz for DX10 gaming.

HIS are a good card as are XFX check warranties and what else you get in the box with the card

I am more than willing to help but can not really recommend a card if i do not know what games you want to use it to play and what the rest of your system is.
If you are happy that you want a card like this one and are just worried which one to get then yes the card you asked about is one of the better ones but please make sure that if you have the option you get the GDDR3 one.

XFX is a better known make and i think they have a better warranty than Inno 3D
There is not a lot between Sapphire and HIS in my opinion i would be happy with either.
