Try to remind when your computer started this behavior.

Did you install a software?
Did you install or remove hardware?
Did a Windows Update?
Did you change something in your BIOS?

Any of this could have created a conflict.

Did you check for viruses/spyware?

Bro you need to tell us what PSU you have, your computer may have unstable power, borderline amps, etc...

If it is not the PSU, try defragging and running AV check, download Avast!, it is free and good.

There are inexpensive tools that will check it but not sure what they are. I just put the PSU in another machine as well as put a different PSU in the machine in question but I have a couple older PSUs I know are good as well as several computers. If you only have one computer, you'll have to get a tester. I know Antec makes one

Check the voltages in the Bios.
You can use a multimeter from Radio Shack to measure the various voltages.
Any deviation of +-10% indicates a problem.
