Error while booting

this is faisal i am using acer aspire laptop with japanese os xp i want to install english xp as m not gud in japanese i have installed xp frm the net and while booting i got an error disk read error
can any 1 help me plz

Have you bought & installed genuine copy of windows XP from internet??
Piracy is strictly banned here.
