alright i have no clue what kinda problem this is but im starting to see like blue and green dots on pictures i look at on sites. Also on my backround their are blue dots on the bottom in the grass. It just started so idk what it could be. My monitor is by hp and i got it like 2 yrs ago i also have a geforce 2 mx400 pci the best i could get cuz i only have pci. But i got that about 9 months ago. Any help
