My system:

Gigabyte P35-DS3L
E2180 currently OCed to 250 X 10
Zalman CNPS9700 LED
Crucial Ballistix BL2KIT12864AA804
Antec Earthwatts 500W PSU
eVGA 7600GT 256-P2-N615-TX

3DMark06 (1.1.0 Basic) gives me a 3387.

I do have RivaTuner but haven't forayed into mucking with the card yet... at least when I push the mobo BIOS too far, I know I can reset it to a working config :)

Yeah, I know... I plan on stepping up to an 8800GT in January or so. If the $179 256MB cards come out, I'll be all over that.

What does that mean? Am I better off running it at X9 instead of X10?

I'm wondering how high I can run the FSB... I tried 300X10 but that got me a bunch of beeps at boot time :(

Oh wow...I quit....I quit...

Sorry about that.

Why don't you take that processor higher than 2.5 Ghz? With a stock cooler you can safely reach 3 Ghz, I'm pretty sure your Zalman can handle that quite easily.

I'm working on it. Right now, I'm at 266X10 I'll try 285X10 in a bit.

I just can't make it do 3.2 GHz. Even playing with the voltages. Unless I'm just not adding enough? I bumped VCORE up one notch, and made the rsst like +0.1V The system just restarts with the manual control disabled so I'm back at 2.0 GHz.

How much VCORE? I just tried several times, bumping it to 1.4something, at which point the system would no longer boot.
