I've just bought a new Quad Q6600 G0 Stepping Processor.

How can I tell from the box if it is the newer G0 Stepping (Which I ordered) as opposed to the older version?

There is nothing clearly stating on the box if it is a G0 Stepping or not?

Many thanks,

Run CPU-Z it should tell you.

EDIT: Sorry, I take it its not installed yet. Googled the Product code and it looks as if it is G0

Great find Mouse:

So it seems the B3 version ends: SL9UM

and the G0 version ends: SLACR
