Email attachments

Hello,
When I receive an email with an attachment the clip shows on the list of email but is not on the body of the email like it used to be. I have to double click on the small clip and it opens to another one that has the attachment. What's up with that?

What do you mean "like it used to be", are you using a different email program now? Did it just start happeneing for no apparent reason? How a person adds an attachment to an email also affects this. Some just drag the file to the email, some email with a right-click of the file, some go to Insert option, etc...
