Recoverd HD only showing 128GB

I had a 300GB Seagate hard drive SOFT failure. The drive verified as good with the Seagate tools but only shows 128GB in the Windows Disk Manager. I recovered over 200GB's using EZ Recovery Pro and I would like to have my 300GB's back. The BIOS verifies the 300GB. Any suggestions as to what is wrong and how to restore the full size?

As you haven't posted any OS or hardware details, this is complete guess...
Try installing the latest service packs, sounds like your OS doesn't (currently) support 48Bit LBA.
