Hello,
I'm overclocking my e2180 on a DS3L like countless others I'm sure, and I'm a bit worried that I will damage my hardware as this is my first overclock :). The memory speed settings for my mobo are much different than that explained in the forum guide, and I'm wondering if anyone with a DS3L can help me out. I'm not sure what speed my memory is running at--cpu-Z gives a lot of speeds and none of them were ever 800mhz which is the speed of my memory, and in BIOS when I set the ratios and such it has a memory read-out which says 800 then another number, I'm assuming the first 800 is BIOS reading the speed of my RAM, so is the second the RUNNING speed of my RAM including all the overclocking I've done thus far? I don't want to break my RAM so I've purposefully kept my numbers as low as possible here. Do I set this to 400mhz or 800mhz or what? Thanks.
