I have an Epson Printer (Model 181C. It will not print colors in the red family. I have changed all the ink cartridges which did not help. Can you help?

The print heads need cleaning. You should have a maintainance tab in the epson software. open it and select clean print heads. If you can't find it. go to the Epson website and download the software
