I don't know. My camera inside your house is broken and can't see what you are doing. You must also be wearing one of those foil hats because I also seem to be having issues reading your mind.

Which means you need to type out what you use for email, what you are doing, what happens when you do it, any error messages you get, etc... Have you contacted your ISP and/or the email service you use?
