I ran an anti-virus scan, and after it was finished I rebooted the computer.
It would get to the desk-top screen, but none of the icons would show up. I
managed to get online, but I still don't have icons nor a start menu. Can
someone help?

Hi

Can you access the Task Manager? If so, got to File>New Task (Run...) and
type in

explorer

Hi Denny, I tried what you suggested, and I got my documents. I am not very
computer savvy. Do I need to do something else?
