HD 2900pro PSU requirements 500w enough?

im planning on getting SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 2900PRO 512mb but im not sure if my psu can handle it, i dont know that much about psu's and how much video cards need for the 12v rails. I have an antec psu 500w 12v1= 17A, 12v2= 19A, is that good enough or no, i plan on purchasing this video card right now

also is just 1 6pin connector enough or no?
