Western Digital Raptor 160GB Hard Drive

Justed need to know if after partitioning (single partition 100%) the hard drive the total available space shows up as 149GB. Is that correct. I am using it as a second drive and there is no data on it.

Yes, that is correct. 149 GiB = 160 GB.

That is, 11 GB are used for the sequence interrupt partition sector (SIPS) which handles various bus operability header calls and things of that nature. Nothing to be worried about.
