My main question is with the Sata's, and if they would work with the new hard drive. I have seen a lot of these new computers with some weird Sata's in them and i was gonna check first with you guys and make sure i don't make any mistakes. If you need anymore information about my computer please just post and i will try and supply the information requested. Thanks for any help
If you have the spare power connector (should be 2 on that PSU) and the Dell is stock, then yes. I just installed one of those 7200.10 3xx GB in a Dell with no problems. They have it strapped for 150Gb/sec (SATA1) by default, which is probably what you need. If not, remove the strap (jumper).

I have that drive as well. Good drive, I got it a year+ ago. my 2nd drive sounds like it is going to go so I bought a new drive to replace the 7200.10 (which will then replace the 80Gb that is starting to sound bad). I tell you WHAT this drive loads games and apps SOOOO much faster. if you are ok with spending $11 more it is REALLY worth it, plus it is the ES series.
