Hello,i used to have an actively use blue tooth on windows vista home premium no it's gone an can't turn back on

Look in Device Manager for devices with errors, is the bluetooth hardware showing up in there?

Also look for drivers for the device from your vendor's support site. Can't do much here since you did not list your computer make/model, nor what bluetooth hardware you used.
