i bought asus P5W DH Deluxe and update the bios version to 2206 from asus site ...

i have intel 3.4 HT 2mb L2 cache
1 GB ddr 2 667 bus
macron 400 PSU

Pc was working fine when i was instlling win XP i mean for 1st 30 45 munites .... but after installation computer is restarting itself after every 5 or 10 miunites again and again any idea what to do ?

Did you use the Asus update utility to update the bios? Asus has a warning on their website for users not to use the update utility as this might corrupt/damage the mb.

Try to clear the CMOS as well as try a different PSU
