Parts:
GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L
C2D E6750 2.66GHz
2x1 Gb DDR2 800 OCZ (http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_ddr2_pc2_6400_reaper_hpc_edition)

This is my first OC attempt. I was able to get it to run stable at 3.20GHz (8 x 400), which makes the memory run at 800MHz (1:1 ratio, right?). Tested stable with Prime95. With Arctic Freezer 7, the CPU is 45C under load (measured by speed fan), which I believe leaves room for more OC. My question is: since the ram is already maxed at 800MHz (the rated speed), is my rig unable to go any faster? Do I have to get some RAM with 1066 or 1200 rated MHz if I want to push my CPU further?

The farther you go now, you'll end up overclocking your ram. Those reapers I believe have D9GMH micron chips, so you should be able to push it farther if you wished so, keep in mind, the farther you go, the more effort it will take to tweak for stability. But you should be able to get some more out of it, have you even raised the voltage yet?

CPU voltage is set on auto. RAM is rated at 2.1V, mobo default 1.8V, so I'm setting it at 1.8+0.3V at the moment.

if your ram is rated at 2.1..ALWAYS run your ram at the specified speed.

Also, cpu auto isn't meant for overclocking, you have to manually test it, Auto is only good if you want to attempt to OC without raising the voltage, but if you want to OC far, you have to go manual and attempt to get the CPU stable on your own. It's really not as hard as it sounds, also, make sure you read some guides for features you need to disable in order to get farther and stable OC's.
