I'm looking to upgrade my system to this card but had a few questions.

My MOBO says "AGP connector supporting 1.5-V 4X AGP cards only"

EVGA says this "AGP 2.0 or higher compliant motherboard. (Some motherboards violate the AGP specifictaion and therefore this card may not physically fit in some systems.)

Is this card going to work in my system?

This is my MOBO....Intel (Lexington 2) Pentium 4 - 2.4-GHz / 533-MHz

Plus I already looked and have 1 free power connector from my power supply to hook up to this card.

Well I found this on EVGA FAQ..."Yes it is AGP 8X 0.8V, and 4X 1.5V compatible. Yes the card is compatible with 1.5v running at 4x mode."

Now I guess the question is " Does my MOBO have AGP 2.0?" What does this mean?

Well after reading that I assume that I should be good to go..But I would still like to hear a "yes" from you because I might have not understood what I was reading.

Sorry i should have given you an answer as well as the link to start with .your mobo does indeed support the card this is exactly what the spec says about the mobo. "AGP connector supporting 1.5-V 4X AGP cards only" and as you posted above from the EVGA site the card is AGP 8X 0.8V, and 4X 1.5V compatible. :)
Again sorry wasnt thinking straight
Mactronix :)
