I currently extend my desktop to my TV for watching movies and such, but I am tired of CCC. I swear I puts up about 3-5 different processes at any given time, its just kind of annoying.

Is there any other programs 3rd party or otherwise that can do the same thing that CCC can?

Does Windows Display properties not function? I'm not at home, so I can't test, but Right-Click your desktop and select properties. Go to the Settings Tab. Click on the #2 Monitor and select the "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor".
